 Thank you for choosing OptINfluencer. We take pride in providing permission-based, consent-driven technology for ethically re-engaging anonymous site visitors. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or subscription. 

  1. Overview
    OptINfluencer is a digital software service that facilitates ethical marketing through anonymous, consented data capture. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited to specific conditions outlined below.
  1.   Eligibility for Refunds
        We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error
  • Unintentional billing after account cancellation (if verifiable)
  • Failure to deliver the core functionality of the product, when verified by our support team within 7 days of purchase

     To be eligible for a refund, the request must:

  •  Be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction
  • Include clear justification and relevant account or billing details
  1.   Non-Refundable Situations
                Refunds will not be granted for:
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Failure to understand service features or read documentation
  • Lack of performance based on assumptions (e.g., number of resolutions)
  • Misuse of the activations or violation of our Terms of Service
    Because we do not guarantee results, refunds are not available for outcomes outside of activation functionality.
  1.   Subscription Cancellations
        You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
  • You will retain activations for your current billing cycle
  • You will not be charged in the next cycle
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused activations
    Cancellations must be made  by contacting us.
  1.   Chargebacks
          If you dispute a charge with your payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your activation. We encourage resolution through direct communication.

        Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method via our billing provider (e.g., Square).
